1. Data we collect

We only process data you send us voluntarily: your name, email address and project description when you use the contact form or email us.

2. Why we process it

Exclusively to answer your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the project. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.

3. Retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept for up to 12 months. Project records are kept as long as required by Dutch tax law (7 years).

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via the email address on our contact page.
