1. Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote describing scope, deliverables and timeline. Work outside the quoted scope is estimated separately before it begins.

2. Payment

30% upfront, the remainder on delivery, invoice payable within 14 days. Rates exclude VAT.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created for the client transfer to the client. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
